About the Position:

We are currently seeking a hands-on Quality Leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to report to our Business Development Manager. Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Tracking and Reporting on daily Quality Performance (must be competent in Excel)
• Leading product inspection specifications and training
• Interact with customers to develop go \ no go standards for all new and existing products and lead the quality complaint process per ISO9001 standards
• Manage Document Control for ISO9001 compliance
• Work with supervisors and engineers to address resolution of quality issues as they occur in production

This is an exciting opportunity to become a team member in a highly motivated, high-energy environment in a small business with a high growth record. Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting injection molding (plastic or silicone) operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably Quality related
• Two-year college degree preferred
• Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Confidence to be the Champion of Quality and Customer Advocate within the organization
• Ability to train others
• Ability to make internal presentations on quality
• Energy, passion, motivation
